Began the Richmond Backhaul project during initial WiMax network design phase. Performed MW Engineer functions such as: network design, candidate selection, link budget analysis (Pathloss4), frequency coordination, FCC surveys and licensing (Comsearch).  Scheduled construction and pathing dates based on Site Acquisition clearance and equipment availability.
